Experience

Collins Otieno Aloo joined Madhani Advocates LLP in May 2009 as a legal intern while completing his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Nairobi. He undertook his Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law in 2009, obtaining his Diploma in Law, and was called to the Bar in 2011. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in the same year.

Since October 2009, he has worked in the firm’s Conveyancing and Commercial Department. His work has involved drafting Joint Venture Agreements, Partnership Deeds, incorporation of companies and trusts, perfection of securities, and handling the sale and purchase of multi-storey office suites and residential estate developments. He currently serves as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at the firm.

Specialty

Collins Otieno Aloo has developed expertise in Corporate and Securities matters while simultaneously practicing Conveyancing Law. His areas of specialization include Commercial Practice, Banking and Finance, and general corporate law practice.

Education

Collins Otieno Aloo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with Honours from the University of Nairobi, graduating with Second Class Honours (Upper Division). He completed his Diploma in Law at the Kenya School of Law in 2009.
