Experience

Prof. Stefano Bastianon is an attorney at law with extensive involvement in sports law, competition law, and European Union law. He provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance at national, European, and international levels, representing sports associations and individual athletes. He is a member of the IVth Section of the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport (High Court of Sports Justice) at the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) and serves as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne. Additionally, he participates actively in arbitration, litigation, and advising on commercial contracts, corporate insolvency, civil liability, and antitrust/competition law. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars both in Italy and abroad on subjects including competition law, sports law, and EU law.
