Hans-Christian Ohrt has more than 20 years of experience primarily focused on the establishment, purchase, and sale of companies, particularly in the context of M&A transactions both nationally and internationally. His career includes roles as partner at Andersen Partners since 1999, general counsel at Bang & Olufsen A/S from 1997 to 1999, and prior positions at Cameron McKenna in London and the law firm Bech-Bruun.
