Experience
Imran coordinates the corporate restructuring and insolvency practice group in Eldan Law LLP and is one of the youngest to do so in Singapore. He advises and represents insolvency professionals, creditors, and debtors in local and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, including both contentious and non-contentious restructurings and liquidations. Imran also specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has represented multinational corporations, public-listed companies, and high net-worth individuals in complex, high-value disputes.
